At Kingsong, we aim to provide reliable shipping information for all orders. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please review our guidelines below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Exclusions: This does not apply to pre-orders, out-of-stock items, or orders requiring additional verification.

  • We currently do not support shipping to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), or Puerto Rico (PR). In the European Union, additional shipping fees may apply to Sardinia and Corsica, or service may be unavailable.
  • The actual delivery time is the total of order processing time and carrier transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update. You can track your package via the links below:

4. Shipping Costs & Restrictions

  • Taxes: Local deliveries include pre-paid import duties where applicable. International factory-direct shipments may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes.
  • Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on address and product weight.
  • Undeliverable Addresses: We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or inaccessible remote regions.
  • Signature Required: High-value items (EUCs, scooters, bikes) require a direct signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Kindly Note

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Kingsong is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Refused Shipments: If a delivery is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the return freight charges incurred.
  • Shipping Damage: If your product arrives damaged, please document it immediately with photos and video. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Missing Item Claims: Any claims for missing items or packages must be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date. Claims beyond this window cannot be processed.
