3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by the following:
- Misuse, crash, collision, water or liquid ingress, improper storage, improper charging, or unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
- Abnormal riding, racing, stunt riding, commercial use, overloading, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Wear and Consumable Parts: Normal wear and tear is not covered. This includes tires, inner tubes, brake pads, bearings, foot pads, rubber parts, brake cables, screws, and bolts. Charging port damage caused by misuse, impact, water or liquid ingress, or improper charging is not covered.
- Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, fading, or other cosmetic changes that do not affect the functionality of the product.
- Usage-Related Conditions: Tire wear, mileage accumulation, battery capacity reduction caused by normal use, and damage caused by learning, falling, or improper operation.
- Products without valid proof of purchase, missing or altered serial numbers, or products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Note: The final warranty decision depends on product condition, diagnostic results, proof of purchase, serial number verification, and applicable warranty terms.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

6. Warranty Remedies
If a defect is confirmed and covered under this warranty, Kingsong may, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, repair service, product replacement, or other appropriate warranty support. Warranty service does not automatically extend or restart the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.
7. Relationship with Return & Refund Policy
Warranty service is separate from our Return & Refund Policy. After the return window has expired, eligible products may receive warranty service, but returns or refunds may no longer be available.
