Most Kingsong orders ship from regional warehouses within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location; international transit times vary by carrier and customs. Unused Kingsong electric unicycles in original condition may qualify for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms at checkout and in our store policies. Open-box, ridden, or modified units may be exchange-only or ineligible because of safety and battery regulations. Safety markings and compliance requirements vary by model, production batch, and destination market. Some Kingsong products may carry certifications such as UL or CE where applicable—check your model’s product page, packaging labels, and owner manual for the markings that apply to your unit. If you need compliance documentation for a specific order, contact Kingsong support with your model and serial number before purchase or delivery.

Most riders can complete first-time setup at home: charge the battery, pair the Kingsong app if your model supports it, inflate the tire to the recommended pressure, and run a brief power-on check before your first ride. No special tools are required for basic assembly on ready-to-ride models. Follow the manual for calibration, tilt-back, and safety limits. Inspect your package when it arrives and note any visible damage on the carrier’s proof of delivery when possible. If the unit is damaged, missing parts, or will not power on, contact Kingsong support within 48 hours with your order number, photos of the box and product, and a short description of the issue. We will help arrange repair, replacement parts, or a return according to our warranty and shipping policies.
