Products purchased from Amazon, offline dealers, distributors, marketplaces, or other third-party platforms may be subject to the warranty terms and service process of the corresponding sales channel.
KingSong warrants that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period, subject to the terms, exclusions, service procedures, and limitations set out in this Warranty Policy.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on product model, purchase region, applicable law, and purchase channel. The information below provides a general reference for KingSong electric mobility products. If the warranty period, coverage, or service terms shown on the product page, order confirmation, local sales channel, or written purchase document differ from this general policy, the product-specific or channel-specific warranty information shall apply, unless prohibited by applicable law.

2. Warranty Provider and Sales Channel Responsibility
The warranty provider may vary depending on where and how the product was purchased. For products purchased directly from https://www.kingsong.com, KingSong or its designated service provider will handle warranty service according to this policy.
For products purchased from an authorized dealer, distributor, marketplace, or other third-party sales channel, the seller or the relevant sales channel may be the first point of contact for warranty service. KingSong may provide technical support, replacement parts, or other assistance according to the applicable channel agreement and local service arrangement.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, grey-market sellers, cross-region resellers, private sellers, or second-hand sources may not be eligible for this Limited Warranty, unless otherwise required by applicable law or confirmed by KingSong in writing.
Cross-region purchases may be subject to service limitations, parts availability, transportation restrictions, battery shipping restrictions, and local repair network availability.

4. Arrival Damage and Shipping Damage
If the product arrives damaged, missing major components, or appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact KingSong support or the original sales channel within 7 calendar days after delivery.
Customers should provide clear photos or videos of the outer carton, shipping label, inner packaging, product condition, damaged area, and all included accessories. Failure to report arrival damage within a reasonable time may limit KingSong’s ability to verify the issue or provide shipping-related support.
Shipping damage, carrier loss, or damage occurring after delivery may be handled differently from manufacturing defects, depending on the sales channel, carrier rules, insurance coverage, and applicable law.

6. Stop Using If Abnormal or Unsafe
If you believe your KingSong product is defective, abnormal, unsafe, damaged, or has been involved in a crash, water exposure, battery abnormality, power cut-off, charging issue, burning smell, unusual noise, error warning, control issue, structural issue, or any other safety-related concern, stop using and charging the product immediately.
Continued use under such circumstances may increase the risk of product failure, property damage, serious injury, or death. Please contact KingSong support or an authorized service partner for inspection, troubleshooting, or repair instructions before riding again.
7. High-Intensity Use, Maintenance, and Product Aging
KingSong products are designed for use within their intended operating conditions and performance limits. Frequent or long-time high-speed riding, heavy payload, steep climbs, aggressive acceleration, off-road riding, jumping, stunt riding, racing, high-temperature or low-temperature use, long-distance continuous riding, or use close to or beyond the recommended performance limits may accelerate normal wear, aging, and deterioration of components.
Customers are responsible for proper inspection, maintenance, charging, storage, and safe operation according to the user manual and KingSong’s instructions. Maintenance intervals should be adjusted based on actual usage conditions. Failures or damage caused by lack of maintenance, improper maintenance, delayed repair, abnormal use, or use beyond the product’s intended limits are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
8. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, defects, failure, loss, or deterioration caused by or related to the following:
- Misuse, abuse, crash, collision, impact, water or liquid ingress, improper storage, improper charging, use of incompatible chargers or accessories, unauthorized disassembly, improper repair, modification, alteration, or tampering.
- Abnormal riding, racing, stunt riding, jumping, commercial use, rental use, overloading, use beyond the product’s intended limits, or failure to follow the user manual, safety instructions, maintenance instructions, or app warnings.
- High-intensity use that accelerates normal wear or aging, including frequent high-speed riding, aggressive riding, heavy payload, off-road use, steep climbs, long-distance continuous riding, or use in extreme temperatures.
- Damage caused by lack of maintenance, improper maintenance, delayed repair, improper adjustment, corrosion, contamination, or continued use after an abnormal condition appears.
- Wear and Consumable Parts: Normal wear and tear is not covered. This includes tires, inner tubes, brake pads, bearings, foot pads, rubber parts, brake cables, screws, bolts, decorative covers, grips, pads, seals, and other parts that naturally wear out during use. Charging port damage caused by misuse, impact, water or liquid ingress, improper charging, incompatible chargers, or improper plug insertion is not covered.
- Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, paint wear, surface marks, or other cosmetic changes that do not affect the core functionality of the product.
- Usage-Related Conditions: Tire wear, mileage accumulation, normal battery capacity reduction, reduced range caused by riding conditions, and damage caused by learning, falling, improper operation, crash, impact, or rider error.
- Products without valid proof of purchase, missing, altered, removed, covered, or unreadable serial numbers, or products purchased from unauthorized resellers, grey-market sellers, cross-region resellers, private sellers, or second-hand sources, unless otherwise required by applicable law or confirmed by KingSong in writing.
- Damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, severe weather, natural disaster, external force, theft, vandalism, animal damage, or other events outside KingSong’s control.
- Software, app, firmware, or connectivity issues caused by unsupported devices, unauthorized firmware, third-party apps, user-side network issues, or failure to follow official update instructions.
Note: The final warranty decision depends on product condition, diagnostic results, proof of purchase, serial number verification, usage history, service history, applicable warranty terms, and applicable law.
9. Third-Party Repair, Self-Repair, and Non-Original Parts
Third-party repair, self-maintenance, or use of non-original parts does not automatically void the entire warranty where prohibited by applicable law. However, KingSong is not responsible for any damage, malfunction, safety issue, cost, loss, or injury caused by unauthorized repair, improper service, incompatible parts, non-original parts, modification, alteration, or improper disassembly.
Repairs or modifications involving the battery pack, BMS, controller, motor, firmware, charging system, structural parts, or other safety-critical components may create serious safety risks if performed incorrectly. Customers should contact KingSong support or an authorized service partner before attempting repair or replacement involving safety-critical components.
10. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact KingSong support or the original sales channel and provide the following information. KingSong support will usually respond within 24–48 business hours after receiving the required information.
- Order number and proof of purchase
- Product model and serial number, usually starting with KS
- Clear photos and videos showing the issue
- Description of the problem and how it occurred
- Photos of the product condition, packaging, and any relevant error codes or app screenshots, if applicable
- Current mileage, app diagnostic information, firmware version, charging behavior, and any troubleshooting steps already performed, if applicable.
- For arrival damage or shipping damage, photos of the outer carton, inner packaging, shipping label, damaged area, and all included accessories.
Do not send any product, battery, charger, component, or accessory back before receiving written instructions or a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) from KingSong or the relevant sales channel. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or returned at the customer’s cost.
11. Warranty Review, RMA, and Service Process
- Initial Review: KingSong will review the submitted information and may request additional photos, videos, app screenshots, diagnostic details, service history, usage details, or troubleshooting results.
- Diagnosis: If needed, the product or component may need to be inspected by KingSong, the original sales channel, or an authorized service partner. Remote troubleshooting may be required before parts, repair, replacement, or return shipment is approved.
- RMA Approval: If return shipment or physical inspection is required, KingSong or the relevant sales channel may issue an RMA and shipping instructions. The customer must follow the RMA instructions within the stated time period, generally within 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Warranty Decision: If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, KingSong may provide replacement parts, remote technical support, repair service, authorized service partner support, product replacement, or other appropriate warranty support.
- Non-Warranty Diagnosis: If the issue is determined not to be covered by this Limited Warranty, KingSong or the service provider may offer paid repair, paid replacement parts, or return shipment at the customer’s cost where available.
- Service Time: Warranty service time may vary depending on the issue, diagnosis complexity, parts availability, service location, battery shipping restrictions, local repair capacity, and shipping time.
12. Warranty Remedies
If a defect is confirmed and covered under this Limited Warranty, KingSong may, at its discretion and where permitted by applicable law, provide one or more of the following remedies: remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair service, authorized service partner support, product replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate warranty support.
Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, functionally equivalent, or serviceable parts where permitted by applicable law. Parts replaced under warranty may need to be returned to KingSong or properly disposed of according to KingSong’s instructions. KingSong may request photos, videos, or other evidence showing that replaced defective parts have been removed, destroyed, or safely handled.
Warranty service does not automatically extend, renew, or restart the original warranty period unless required by applicable law or confirmed by KingSong in writing.
13. Relationship with Return & Refund Policy
Warranty service is separate from KingSong’s Return & Refund Policy. After the return window has expired, eligible products may receive warranty service, but returns or refunds may no longer be available unless required by applicable law or approved by KingSong in writing.
14. Limitation of Liability and Consumer Rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is the only express warranty provided by KingSong for eligible products and replaces any other express warranty, statement, or representation not confirmed by KingSong in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KingSong’s responsibility under this Limited Warranty is limited to the warranty remedies described above. KingSong is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or enhanced damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, loss of time, transportation expenses, rental expenses, business loss, lost profits, or property damage, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Some countries, states, or regions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In such cases, the limitations above may not apply to you. This Warranty Policy gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by country, state, or region.
15. Policy Updates and Applicable Version
KingSong may update this Warranty Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on https://www.kingsong.com. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the warranty policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase.
