●Safety Gear: Always wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads. This will protect you from injuries during falls.
●Getting Started: Start by placing one foot on the pedal while holding onto a stable surface (like a wall or railing). Once balanced, quickly hop your other foot onto the other pedal without applying too much pressure.
●Balancing: Practice balancing with both feet on the pedals. Keep your knees slightly bent and your upper body straight. Lean forward slightly to engage the motor for movement; this helps maintain balance as the EUC responds to your weight shift.
●Learning to Ride: To begin moving, lean forward with your upper body or press your toes into the front of the pedals. This will initiate acceleration.
●Practice Basic Movements: Start with simple exercises like rocking back and forth on the EUC while standing still to get used to its motion.Gradually practice moving forward in a straight line before attempting turns.
●Turning and Maneuvering: Once comfortable riding straight, practice turning by leaning in the direction you want to go. This will come naturally as you gain more experience.
●Increasing Speed: As you become more confident, gradually increase your speed by leaning forward more while maintaining control over your balance.
