What to Check Before Your First Ride
Q:Is the KingSong S19 suit able for beginners?
A:
The S19 is best for experienced EUC riders or high-budget begginners who are serious
about learning. It offers strong power, suspension comfobrt, and a stable 18-inch
platform, but it is heavier and more powerful than a low-costentry-level wheel. If
you are completely new to EUCs, we recommend practicing slowlyin a safe open
area and wearing full protective gear.
Q:What real-world range can I expect from the S19?
A:
The S19 is rated for up to 150km under ideal conditions, butreal-world range is
usually lower. Many riders should expect range to vary based on rider weight, speed,
road surface, tire pressure, temperature, wind, hills, and riding style. As a practical
reference, real-world riding may fall around 65-80km depending on conditions.
Q:Can I ride the S19 in the rain?
A:
The S19 is designed for light rain, wet roads, and normal damp city conditions, but it
is not designed for deep water, flooding, pressure washing, orsubmersion. Avoid
riding through water deeper than the safe wheel boundary, and do not treat the
wheel as fully waterproof. Final IP rating should follow the confirmeed production
specification.
Q:Are the pads adjustable or replaceable?
A:
The S19 pads should not be treated as a user-modification areea unless confirmed by
official service guidance. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or internal part
changes may affect warranty coverage. If riding posture or paad fit is important to you,

I’ve been riding the F18 for a while now, and I have to say—the first impression was already pretty strong. Mine shipped from the U.S., and surprisingly, it only took four days to arrive, which is honestly faster than I expected.
For reference, I’m 183 cm tall and weigh about 85 kg. On a full charge, I was able to get around 125 km of real-world range, not just ideal test conditions. The power feels solid, but still very controllable—it’s the kind of wheel that gives you confidence pretty quickly, especially on longer rides.
But what really impressed me the most is the suspension system. The F18 comes with dual spring suspension combined with dual air suspension, and you can actually tune it based on your weight and riding style. After adjusting it to my setup, the ride quality feels incredibly smooth, even on rough or uneven roads.
And it’s not just the suspension—you can also adjust the pedal height and angle, which makes a big difference. You can really dial everything in to match your own riding preference. At that point, it doesn’t just feel like a stock wheel anymore—it feels like your own customized machine.
Another thing I really appreciate is the dual charging ports. I ended up getting two chargers and using both at the same time, and I can fully charge the wheel in about 1.5 hours. That kind of charging speed is just super convenient, especially if you ride a lot.
And honestly, riding this thing at night is just fun. Turn on the lights, play some music through the speakers—it’s one of those moments where you realize people are definitely noticing you. It’s not just about performance, it’s about the whole experience.
Overall, the F18 isn’t just powerful,it’s adjustable, comfortable, and actually enjoyable to ride day to day.

I love my F18! The suspension is awesome, more than capable enough for my heavy frame of 250lb. I still can't bottom out. The Kingsong app has a LOT of information and settings that can tweak the EUC to meet my needs.
