KingSong Stolen Vehicle Protection is a review process for KingSong electric unicycles reported stolen. To request a Stolen Vehicle Lock, email KingSong Support at [email protected] with the vehicle serial number and proof of current ownership. Those two items are required. App or account details are requested if available, theft details are contextual, and Support may request police-report materials. A serial number alone is not enough.
The current policy says requests are reviewed manually by KingSong Support via email and that there is no automated submission portal.
In-App Locking and Stolen Vehicle Protection
The KingSong App includes a separate in-app/Bluetooth locking feature. Routine in-app locking is different from a Stolen Vehicle Lock request, which KingSong Support reviews under this policy.
What to Include in a Stolen Vehicle Lock Request
| Information | Requirement | Examples or details |
|---|---|---|
| Vehicle serial number | Required | The full serial number for the KingSong electric unicycle. |
| Proof of current ownership | Required | An invoice, order confirmation, bill of sale, or transfer document that establishes current ownership. |
| KingSong App or account details | If available | Details for an account associated with the vehicle, if one was registered or bound. The policy says lack of an App account does not prevent review. |
| Theft details | Contextual | When and where the theft may have happened, how it was discovered, and the vehicle’s current status. |
| Police-report materials | May be requested | A police report, incident reference number, or other filing information if Support requests it. |
One document may establish both purchase and current ownership if it clearly connects the requester to the vehicle. A past purchase record alone may not establish current ownership after a sale or transfer.
How to Submit a Request
Email the request materials to [email protected]. Support checks for the serial number and ownership evidence, reviews the ownership documents and relevant theft details, and may ask follow-up questions or request clearer copies. KingSong may approve a Stolen Vehicle Lock, request additional verification, or decline if current ownership cannot be established. If approved, KingSong may apply a lock to the identified vehicle.
Keep secure copies of purchase and ownership records and any police filing materials you have. The policy does not give a review-time estimate.
What Stolen Vehicle Protection Does Not Cover
- Commercial disputes: Unpaid invoices, wholesale disagreements, warranty arguments, and business contract disputes are outside the scope of this process.
- Serial-number-only reports: Sharing a serial number does not replace proof of current ownership.
- Personal disputes: This process is for reported thefts, not private disagreements or non-theft grievances.
- Law enforcement: Follow local law-enforcement processes where applicable. KingSong’s review does not replace them.
If a Stolen Vehicle Is Recovered
Recovery does not automatically remove a Stolen Vehicle Lock. The verified owner should email a separate recovered vehicle unlock request with the vehicle’s full serial number, a reference to the earlier request if available, and ownership re-verification. KingSong considers an unlock after that re-verification is complete.
If You Think Your Wheel Was Locked by Mistake
Email [email protected] and clearly describe the issue as a possible incorrect lock, rather than a stolen-vehicle lock request. Include the model, serial number, a description or screenshot of the issue, and any relevant ownership information you have. Ask Support to review the lock record and tell you what else is needed. Send documents privately; do not post ownership records, account passwords, or verification codes in public comments. You can also use the official KingSong Contact page.
